Order
Confirmation
Confirmation of orders will be sent to customer via email. If customer does not receive email verification then order was not submitted successfully and must be resubmitted.
Payment
Saint Delivery accepts all major credit cards / debit cards. Credit Cards are processed by FoxyCart, an online third party password encryption payment processing service. Any payment issues must be reconciled with FoxyCart. Saint Delivery does not accept cash and or tips.
Pricing
A flat per delivery fee.
Delivers outside of coverage area will be accessed additional charges, determined by Saint Delivery.
Customer Details
Customer must provide correct name, concise and detailed address and telephone number. If building requires special dial code to contact resident, customer must provide code next to apartment number. Saint Delivery takes no responsibility for verifying the accuracy of such information.
Security
Saint Delivery is a password protected site. Customer information is both private and confidential and will not be shared with outside parties.
Account
Customers who wish to become valued customers can create a Saint Delivery members account.
Delivery
Charges
Saint delivery charges a flat delivery rate based on purchase amount. Any orders outside of coverage area will be accessed an additional fee that will be determined by Saint Delivery Headquarters.
Working Days
Saint Delivery operates 5 days / week
Mon - Fri 6pm – 11:00pm
Delivery Area
North to South
E. 14th Street – E. Houston Street & Stuyvesant Town
West to East
Lafyette – Avenue B
Orders will only be delivered to customer if within delivery area or unless specified by Saint Delivery Headquarters.
Complaints
Lost or Damaged Goods
If the customer is unsatisfied with their order, he/she must contact Saint Delivery to file a complaint. Customer must follow the complaint procedures in order to resolve issue.
Complaint Procedures
The customer must provide order #, name, telephone #, brief description of problem, and suggestion of how to resolve the order issue. Saint Delivery believes strongly in customer service and will attempt to resolve issues immediately, but customer must follow the complaint procedures and be willing to resolve issues through mutual understanding.
Safety
Saint delivery hires only efficient and safe food couriers. Our food couriers are held to a high standard of professionalism and must have secure backgrounds.
The food courier will never open package from moment of receipt to deliver. If customer questions contents of package, he/she must open the package in the presence of food courier, and contact Saint Delivery Headquarters immediately.
Disclaimer
Saint delivery will inform customer of any order issues. In the event of order issue, Saint Delivery will contact the restaurant on the behalf of the customer, but is not responsible for the cost of the item.
Some issues such as quality of food and cook time are out of our control, but we will work to reconcile any issues if determined can be handled through our services.
